Lee Crabbe started Concrete Resurfacing Specialties back in 1986 with a trip to Los Angeles, CA for Sundek Training. Lee has been the sole owner of Concrete Resurfacing Specialties since 1992, living and working in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana ever since.
